Some important data of this kind of furnaces are :

• A guarantee of O2 level below the limit in a redundant fashion is a feature of the system.

• Process gases enter thru a Flow meter.Program selection regulates the amount of gas.In case of faults an acoustic and optical fault message is provided.

• Gassing with Ammonia only possible when Furnace has been rinsed sufficiently.Upon failure of Flaring,Furnace will be automatically purged with Nitrogen.
